An Invitation

KOR would like to invite all Molino Homeowners and residents to attend an event over at their Barker Sales office this Wednesday at 6pm.

KOR will be taking this opportunity to show us the drawings and renderings for their intended development of 97 condo units adjacent to Molino Street Lofts on Fourth Place.

The architects and representatives of the developer will be on hand to make an explanatory presentation of their entitlement proposal and to answer questions.

Please come out and join your neighbors this wednesday evening to see just what our friends at KOR are planning to build next in our neighborhood.

Darnit – I wish I could make it (too early), they need to hold these things after-hours so us “commuters” can attend as well. Hope some other residents can attend to keep a solid MSL constituency present.

The event went from 6-9pm. Sorry you couldnt make it.

It was sparsely attended, maybe 8 MSL peeps showed.

I am quite confident that KOR would really like to get a well attended meeting to properly vette their proposal with MSL.

Their entitlement hearing is Nov 7th

We really need to get the community together for this discussion.
