Everyone please be sure to say hello and welcome the newest member of our community. Alex Roman is our new On-site Community Manager. He brings to us decades of management experience and his unique ability to handle the myriad of community challenges we face every day.
His office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. His office is located off the second floor hallway in 500 near the atrium stairwell. Future plans will be to convert the 3rd floor gym to a permanent HOA office and his current location will become our new larger gym. The Molino fire escapes & patios are property of the HOA and cannot be modified in any way. As stated in the CC&R’s the 2nd & 3rd floor fire escapes are not up to code and cannot be used or occupied for any reason at any time. I hope this answers your question.
