  • plumber is having problems water off until 12 noon. #

  • Hey everyone, I am back
    in the office m-f 8 to 2 Frank #
  • we are having trash pickers again – as a reminder to all residents please do not give access to common areas to non-residents #
  • Oh boy another parade in downtown LA. Good morning all! #
  • Locksmith will be out this afternoon to work on the lock of 500 building, I am also looking at options on the trash street door with him. #
  • 500 front door is being fixed right now! #
  • Anything new going on today? #
  • I have reported and given the picture of our “dumpster diver” to Arts District BID and yes he is known and is considered quite aggressive. #
  • BID safety patrol will be on the lookout for him and will spend a little extra time around MSL in the morning. #
