Hello owners…

My name is Benjamin, and I am looking to begin renting a loft space, and I would really like it to be in the Molino Street Building.  My optimal move-in date would be on/around July 1, but I am flexible.


Let me know if you have anything available, and include any basic info/pics regarding the unit, and we can begin there.


In short, I am a solid person, who is honestly (not to sound pretentious here…but,) a perfect tenant.  I pay ontime, I am nice, I am respectful, and I pay ontime :)
