- Oh boy another parade in downtown LA. Good morning all! #
- Locksmith will be out this afternoon to work on the lock of 500 building, I am also looking at options on the trash street door with him. #
- 500 front door is being fixed right now! #
- Anything new going on today? #
- I have reported and given the picture of our “dumpster diver” to Arts District BID and yes he is known and is considered quite aggressive. #
- BID safety patrol will be on the lookout for him and will spend a little extra time around MSL in the morning. #

HOA Communication / Monthly Meetings

The Board has decided to encourage and hopefully increase participation and communication by adding a few new items to our HOA arsenal. We now have a twitter page http://twitter.com/MolinoStLofts for everyone to get the latest happenings. Frank Theobald, our new on-site property manager will be doing his best to communicate with homeowners about their concerns and we’re inviting homeowners to volunteer for the HOA sub-committee/s (letter coming soon). Also the Board has decided to test the waters and create a Resident Social meeting outside of the already scheduled quarterly general meetings. They will take place on the second Monday of each month at 8 p.m. in the HOA Office. The agenda will be posted in the mailbox areas in advance and we invite you to attend and discuss anything Molino related.
