HOA Update & Reminders 5/11/07

The Punch list of common area issues was turned into KOR in April.

The board is looking for homeowners interested in serving our
community by becoming board or committee members.

Trash area update: fence was heightened, replacement door closer on
order, painting of panels is being scheduled, additional modifications
to door will be made to prevent unauthorized entry.

Pool: heater has been fixed, stair lights are now working, men’s
bathroom is working, pool tiles are scheduled for repair by KOR;
preliminary repair proposal received from KOR we are awaiting a more
detailed proposal that includes repair of parking deck drainage problems.

In response to numerous sightings of Rodents by residents, the pest
control person was out to the building.

We are in week 5 of a 3 week road resurfacing project. We have asked
the developer to water down the dirt to limit dust and to clean our
windows after they are finished.

Reminder: Minutes are posted at www.molinostreetlofts.org

People interested in installing roll-down gates for patios please
contact ARC for specifications and approval process.

Future General Board Meeting dates are:
June 18th, Sept 17th, Dec 17th
Note: The September meeting is our “Annual Meeting.”

Dog Reminder: Once again, please do not permit your dogs to defecate
in any and all common areas inside the building. Sidewalks and other
areas visibly adjacent to the building should be used with immediate
cleanup. All dogs must be on a 6 foot or shorter leash outside of your
residence at all times. Please report any witnessed violations to the HOA.

Filming Policy Reminder: Filming is not allowed in the building with out prior
authorization and consent of the HOA Board of Directors. Homeowners
and residents wishing to utilize any common area or the exterior of
the building for private or personal occupational usages (e.g. parties
or photo shoots) must also obtain prior authorization and consent of
the HOA Board of Directors.

After June 1st the Molino Yahoo Group will no longer exist.

The HOA Minutes Section is Complete

Molino MinutesJust wanted to remind everyone who wasn’t at this weeks HOA meeting, that David and I have completed the HOA Minutes section. It’s now up to date with the past meetings, and secure for viewing. I appreciate everyones patience, especially David who spent the time to learn how to post on our new CMS.

Things to note:
- All meeting posts are password protected
- If you need the password, please ask
- Audio Podcast minutes aren’t available for past meetings

Hope that helps and please let any of the HOA members know if you have any additional questions…

“Molino Mail” is Complete!

Molino Mail has arrived...I’m happy to announce that the MolinoStreetLofts.org community Gmail accounts are complete - it’s nickname internally has been “Molino Mail”, so we made up some nifty logos to re-brand the Gmail interface for everyones pleasure. Enjoy the system and use freely, we are big supporters and proponents of the Gmail interface and usability (top notch).

Here is how it works:

  • Login Page: Click Here (plz bookmark)
  • Default Login: 500-XXX or 530-XXX @molinostreetlofts.org, it’s your bldg. and unit number seperated by a hyphen.
  • Default Password: “123456″
  • Security: On first login it will prompt you to change your password to a unique identifier.

That’s it, simple yes? After logging in you can easily create alias and other email ‘lists’ to redirect and use - i.e.: jeremy@molinostreetlofts.org or niceguy@molinostreetlofts.org (you get the idea). I personally manage multiple email accounts with my Gmail, and have been a Google Apps beta tester for over 3 years, we really love all their interface simplicity.

Let me know if you have any questions and comment when you have time!

Cheers,
Jeremy
