I wanted to share with everyone a really easy and cool way to share photos with the community. If you haven’t already visited, please check out the Official Molino Street Lofts Photos Gallery; we are utilizing a Flickr gallery so it’s super easy to contribute and share!
All you need to do is email the picture to this email address: does59didnt@photos.flickr.com
And add the following to describe each photo:
1. Use the subject line to give your photo a title
2. Write in the body to add a description.
You can also use a special code to add tags before you send your email. The “Tag” you give your image is basically it’s category, i.e.: “dangerous curve party” “pool deck sunrise” or “march hoa meeting” – they are user generated so be creative.
Within minutes they should appear on the “Photos” Page. You can even send them from your cell phone camera or digital camera if it has wi-fi!:)
*Thanks for the reminder T.

Greetings Residents,
It has come to my attention that there are a lot of people who are currently playing their music too loudly, or have sub-woofers that are disturbing their neighbors as well.
I personally knock and ask people politely to turn down their music, but when does it become a “nuisance?”
On some occasions I have had to ask residents DAILY to keep their music down, other times I have literally had to drag person into the hallway to have them hear the ruckus they were causing.
I just wanted to remind people that living in a loft/Arts district doesn’t give you carte-blanch to “ignore your manners,” or “social responsibilities”.
This is a community, let’s treat each other with mutual respect and dignity. We all share this space, so we all should respect it equally. We already have construction noise issues, let’s not torment ourselves unnecessarily either.
Cheers!

I mean seriously? There was a line 5 cars long on the North end, trying to pass with the construction equipment and Gradall lifts moving Drywall all about.
IMHO – This is madness…and completely unsafe, did I mention not permit worthy in it’s execution either. Ughhhhh, I hope we are getting paid as a Community for this filming.
